A language is a phonetic representation of expressions. It is the verbal tool of communication. Every language has letters, words and sentences which enrich the language and makes it a powerful mode of expression. No language can be learned without following its rules of use. These rules constitute the Grammar of that language.
English is a foreign language. It is not our mother tongue. Hence, we need to learn its grammar to use it in its true sense. Hindi is our mother tongue and we speak it fluently. We might not be familiar with its grammar but that creates no hindrance just because we practice speaking it since birth. Many of us do the same with English too. But, if we want to write and speak English correctly, we have to learn its grammar.
